Excellent range of fish and dry goods for both marine and freshwater. Friendly and helpful staff who have a high standard of fish keeping knowledge and experience. I recently bought a wave maker that turned out faulty and was replaced with in 24 hours, with a more than helpful service. The store itself is clean and efficiently set up, with amazing display tanks to show off what's possible. 5 star easy in my books.

Great customer service. First class service and advice
The first time I was there and was not to impressed, the water in the fish tanks was not the clearest and the fish tanks themselves were not the cleanest in the world, seen one fish dead in one of the fish tanks. To me it also looked like there was far too many fish in each fish tank. I don't think I will give it a revisit...Thought I would take another visit today 29/9 2018 but unfortunately to find it much worse then before there was uneaten fish food laying in the tanks and the staff where feeding them more, looked like they were trying to kill the fish rather then look after them. Uneaten food is a NO NO I don't think these people have a clue. I will never be back in any of these places again unfortunately the fish has no opinions... avoid if you love wildlife.
