former employee with first trust. miss my colleagues but life goes on. this bank is one of the greatest bank's to bank with. staff are hospitable and always willing to be of assistance. I still have a dormant account with Glengormley branch just to either withdraw/credit funds. online banking essential to have to cut back staff to work on behind the scenes also cuts back on paper which shows initiative. only moved dds/SOS to nationwide as i heard in the grapevine that you can reccommend as many customer's you wish and obtain 200.00 after the switch date. other than that i have no complaints with first trust being a loyal customer of theirs for 17 years.
