Trying to get an appointment with 1 certain dr is like trying to pull teeth my husband's beenn trying to get an appointment with his own gp since December
I've been with the practice for 5 years and have never had an issue. Drs, nurses, midwives and admin staff have a been working incredibly hard and been more than helpful.
The NHS is under a lot of strain, that's obvious .... But my experience of the staff, admin and doctors is really good. The admin staff are always well mannered and do their utmost to help.
Everyone is complaining about this Practice and yes I accept there is the odd problem now and again, but I have always found the staff very helpful and kind and I am disgusted to hear of the abuse and bad attitude they get of some of the patients. This is the NHS and it is under a lot of strain and if we didn't have the Health Service life would be a lot more difficult (think of people in the United States etc) if you don't like it, try going private! Thank you to all the staff at Glengormley Practice for the attention and support you have given me and my family over the years.
Been with this practice since moving to Newtownabbey. Despite some reviews on here, I personally find the practice one of the best I have been too. Yes, sometimes they are busy but that is to be expected. Staff are friendly and polite, any of the doctors have been very helpful and understanding. Susan in paticular is very good and listens to the patients needs and gives very helpful advice.Cannot say a bad word about this place.Keep up the good work!
