I've emailed to check for a part and was told they had one that was 'working when removed'. After 3 email requests to confirm which location this was in, I couldn't get an answer (I found out it was Armagh after arriving in Mallusk to pick it up).After arranging for delivery of the part to Mallusk and test fitting the unit, it had the exact same fault as the part being replaced. Clearly no testing was done. I suspect 'working when removed' is the usual spiel on the chance that you actually do the testing and return any faulty parts.
Guys are helpfull, but make sure you getting right part
