Staff were a great help, especially with delivering items to my house, the same day i place my order!
Would not recommend!! Had bathroom fitted and told at time of fitting that even if there were any problems after guarentee period they would be happy to help, although when bath and toilet came loose and taps on bath broke i travelled to newtonabbey and explained the situation, after waiting half an hr to speak to someone the guy on recieption explained to me that if i rang monday morning and explained it was a maintance job they would be happy to help although i would need to pay a call out charge for the estimate however when i rang to ask if they would assist in fixing this at a price off course because the guarentee had expired the girl i spoke with told me that i was not given this information and they would not be willing to help and that i needed to find myself a plumber. Absolute horrible attiude this lady had with myself, would never recommend or use there services again.
Fantastic job!! These guys were in and out in 3 days and left the place immaculate would highly recommend!! Not forgetting Lindsay in the showroom who thought of everything that I needed right down to the new cord for the light!! Thanks for a great job
Just had a kitchen and bathroom refurb from start with the sales people right threw to it being finished I couldn't be more happier.. hassel free and tidy would definitely recommend them to anyone looking work done highly qualified and experienced team exceed all expectations.
Full Bathroom Refurb:- very pleased with everything and the timescale of what was promised was kept. Arron the plumber was extremely patient with my elderly sick wife. They all kept us up to date throughout the complete process. Would highly recommend HHI to family and friends. Thanks again.
