Staff very friendly and helpful. Ruff and tuff toys for dogs very hard wearing and not easy to destroy. My dog loves dinosaurs and takes it to bed every night then in the morning he brings it to the back door for us to put away until bed time again.
Open til late at night. It is perfect for people who just came off work and need to go the last minute shopping for their pets.The staff are friendly and nice. They are always ready to assist you whatever you need, may it be that you are looking for an item or asking a general question about your pet. Another plus point is that I have never seen them understaffed. So no matter how busy, they can always entertain you.The store has almost all your pet needs. I say almost because it seems they are not well geared towards aquatic pets. But it is stocked perfectly for dogs and cats. On the second floor are vets and grooming. I have never used them yet, so can't comment on that service. There is a large car park in front of the store. And they also have large trolleys for big and large items purchases.
