I'm in awe. the staff are extremely hospitable smile. multi tasking is one of their greatest qualities providing an effective and efficient service definitely reccommend to all customer's. the postal service are familiar with customer's due to their excellent expertise so they never get it wrong. the spar also provide an effective and efficient service during a very chaotic day. they stay calm and calculated. definitely reccommend to the customer. 100%
I was posting a parcel several months ago. Young woman would not lend me a pen. Was snappy and just plain rude. Im not one for being pushy or demanding, and I wasn't, but for goodness sake you are not doing me a favour you are serving a customer. Cultivate some mannors. I have used alternatives sites ever since.
The girl on the travel desk is pleasant and helpful. However, the rest of the staff are very ignorant, not one bit of enthusiasm about them! I have noticed this before, but today I stood in a long queue observing 3 members of staff and how they served every customer there was not one smile from any of them, terrible attitude and terrible customer service! Very unprofessional !!
