I rented a property from Jordanstown Estates for 5 years, any maintenance issues where carried out promptly and the office staff where always helpful any time I had to contact them.
When I decided to rent my property, I had minimal experience of the property rental market. I searched property management companies and decided to rent through Jordanstown Estates which appeared to have vast experience in this field. The office was excellent and undertook everything from sourcing suitable tenants, viewings and agreeing tenancy agreements. They provide a full management service offering peace of mind for the landlord.
This Estate Agent, is not an Estate Agent at all, they should be struck off any official bodies associated to them and be made to close down! selling, buying or renting i would advise to stay away.
My first time to private rent. And it's not what I had imagined. To get the repairs and work I need done I have to constantly ring up and complain making me feel and look like a complete nuisance. I am not happy at all. my rent is always paid so I don't understand the reasons or shabby excuses for this poor service .
Extremely awful and unprofessional company. The owner James is a extremely arrogant male chauvinist, with not a caring, sympathetic or compassionate bone in his body!I deal with many companies, but this Business is the worst I have ever come across! Being a small business you would think customer service would be a priority, but instead they are completely money motivated and have no idea how to run a business professionally. Keep away! Don't give them your business or hard earned money! And most importantly NEVER give them your property as they will happily give you false promises and leave your property in a state! DIRTY & mouldy! This shower of incompetent Ejits don't care about anything other than getting your money.
