Excellent service and a huge choice of prams. Relocated to new premises in Mallusk with at the door parking which is ideal for trying car seats.
Bought a jane imatrix pram and i have to say the staff were absolutely brilliant they couldn't do enough to help and went above and beyond for the safety of baby i cant recommend them enough and we are so thankful for all the help and support.
Woeful customer service, seem to forget that they are serving some of the most precious and loved customers - babies! Bought a cot from them and when it arrived eventually after numerous delivery issues, it was scrapped and stained. Couldnt have cared less and no replacement was offered which is what we wanted. We had to disassemble the whole cot and put back into original packaging which luckily enough we had not damaged when unwrapping. Eventually got our money back after they demanded that we return the free blanket which they had included to cover the inconvenience of numerous delivery issues! All the while our baby was in a travel cot. Eventually got a nicer cot elsewhere, will never use this crowd again!
Very good sales staff with unique and good priced items
Embarrassingly bad service. Purchased a jane travel system which was delivered to our home. Faulty cover and car seat didn't fit into base. Collected (eventually!) but refused to give full refund even though clearly not functioning correctly. Through whole process didn't return phonecalls and made life very difficult, even as due date of baby approached. Will never use again and would recommend others to avoid.
