I used Donnelly Group Servicing division. Excellent service. I was positively surprised. I spoke with Darren on the phone and then dealt with Steven, both very professional.My car showed a fault and I wanted to get it repaired using the insurance that came with the car as I bought it second-hand. They liaised with the insurance company which eventually paid 80% of the cost. Unfortunately, the part they installed on the car was faulty so they had to reorder it and keep the car longer than I had anticipated. Because of the delay they offered me to use one of their courtesy cars, which was a great help as I travel a lot for work. Overall it was a great service and I would happily recommend this garage.
