Purchased a vehicle from Neil. Car is stunning with bags of features, here is hoping that car remains faultless throughout. Neil and Darren are both very patient and do not push any sales tactics onto you. They give you your space and time and treat you with respect and trust. They maintain the best aspects of the old school used car market. I highly recommend giving them a visit!July 209: Thought i should include an update, i have now owned the car almost six months, driving along the motorway the car experienced a loss of power and a missfire issue with a Drivetrain warning being thrown up. Rang Mallusk Auto Centre and was advised that due to the holidays things can be very hectic but despite this they went out of their way to obtain the car, get it into their mechanic and have the issue resolved and car back on the road the same day!!. Genuinely there is no stress or hassle dealing with Darren or Neil, from sale to afercare they always keep the highest level of professionalism. Will be returning my business here . 10/10

I dont often write reviews, however in this occasion I WARN all of these unscrupulous car dealer ship and name and shame Mallusk Auto Centre Ltd, they are found at 607c Antrim Road, Mallusk, Newtownabbey, BT36 4RF. I drove a Jaguar XF and took the decision to change due pains in my spine and was having problems getting in and out of my car, Mallusk Auto Centre Ltd, and the salesperson I dealt with being Neil showed myself and wife a Volvo XC70 I had seen online and called about. The car was very nice and well presented with several extras one being TV/ DVD screens built into the head rests, factory fitted sunroof, and much more.After agreeing the price after trade in allowance on my vehicle and proceeded to arrange my own finance and had the car paid for. I called a several days later to collect the car which Neil proceed to show the controls of the car and while doing so the sun roof jammed which he proceeded to have closed with the information that Mallusk Auto Centre Ltd would have this resolved and fixed within a couple of days by Greers Of Antrim a Volvo Dealer. One had no reason to disbelieve this offer and claim it would be fully resolved.A few days later I was given direction as to when to return the car, and how they were implementing the repair, I also pointed out the door locking system was not correct or was the entertainment system working. To be told I did not k now the screens were there and did not sell you them so will not be fixing them even although these bearing in mind these are a factory fitted item from new,As for the repair to the sunroof they have taken the decision after being informed by Volvo it requires a new cassette to fully implemented but more had it masked by the removal of the sun roof head cover and left in the boot.On raising the issue Darren who has said he now dealing with it and will not fully fixed and was not prepared to put the car right or back as it left the Volvo factory.This action causes firstly;Devalued the car by its removalThe quality of the car has been weaken and undermineYou have no protection from the sun coming through the glassThere is no deflexion of the wind when sun roof is openThe coolness intrusion in the car through the glass in the cooler weather is compromised. Which in turn compromises the fuel usage as you require using more fuel to heat the car.PLEASE BE VERY CAREFULL WHEN BUYING FROM MALLUSK AUTO CENTRE LTDThere are many other good dealers in the area dont support these take your money and run dealers.
