Superb. I visited recently and spoke with Stephen about a paintwork issue on my Ford Kuga, he was extremely honest and informative, both he and Lisa are extremely pleasant and welcoming. Stephen clearly has a vast knowledge of vehicles and a real skill when it comes to bodywork. Nothing was too much trouble for Lisa and her team. From time booked to clear transparent pricing on the day of the service. I have used Bailies the past 3 years and my car has sailed through the MOT each time. Would highly recommend.
Lisa and her team are extremely helpful and friendly. They provide excellent customer service and go above and beyond to help you. My car had been with them three times for accident repair, MOT failure repairs and servicing. Some were not easy fixes but Lisa done everything possible to help me out.
