bought a bike that came with missing bolts, this is one month ago and their customer service has not provided any solution at all.Lost 800.
Worse customer service ever experienced. Bike set up so bad, it nearly killed me. AVOID
Welding was so poor is was wearing down the shock. Bike arrived with loose frame bolts. Nearly had a nasty crash because one shock bolt was half hanging out the frame. Customer service is now admisal. Waiting 3 weeks and counting for replacement. If you want to ride or live, don't buy vitus.
My first purchase from their online store and its already a bad experience. I used sizing chart on manufacturers website and and on CNC website. Took exact measurements with tape measure. The kneepads ended up being too small. I contacted CRC and they said even though I returned it within 3 days I was supposed to contact them within 3 days.... They are only refunding me the price of the item so I'm out the cost of shipping and return shipping. All I wanted was an exchange for the next size up and am even willing to wait for stock replenishment since they are currently out of stock... On the return slip there's even check boxes for exchanges and details of what to exchange for.. Why include this on the return slip if they changed their policy on this type of situation?
First time dealing with these guys and they have charged my credit twice for the same item. Now starts the huge pain in the ass of getting a disputed transaction registered with my bank and the police. Disappointing indeed.
