I ordered my bike on 20% discount it comes to me damage. I wrote to them two e mails no reaponse. I call to them they sad "i can say only sorry for that". I ordered another bike, becouse first been stolen and i have to order it from this same shop(insurance company required). They sended to me all confirmation e mails and dpd code tracker for my new buy. I was waiting two days, happy of my new order, then they send to me e mail "we are sorry but, we are out of stock"... Terrible service. They don't care about costumers at all. Avoid this shop or be careful.
I ordered my bike on the Wednesday and it arrived on the Friday (UK mainland) fantastic! The price was spot on. Unfortunately my bikes gears weren't indexed and worst of all my rear hydraulic brake needed bleeding (it was going flat to the bars). Lucky I have the knowledge and necessary equipment to fix. It was still in original Marin packaging so I guess the shop dosen't check the bikes before dispatch. I did email my concerns but like some of the other reviewers I have yet to receive a response.
I ordered a Marin Riftzone 2, great price reduction. Delivery just within a few days, no need to assemble anything. The bike is amazing, coming from a hardtail it is extremely smooth and great to handle on trails - and still lightweight. Great bike, people at GoodBikeGear were very helpful to answer all questions. Highly recommended !
BRILLIANT MARIN MOUNTAIN BIKE, VERY COMPETETIVE PRICE, SPEEDY DELIVERY. BIKE WAS VERY WELL PACKED SO NO DAMAGE.THE BIKE IS VERY GOOD QUALITY, COMFORTABLE AND FAST, JUST GOT BACK FROM A BUMPY RIDE AND THE LARGE WHEELS AND SUSPENSION MADE IT COMFORTABLE. HIGHY RECOMMENDED.
