Very ignorant female member of staff. Noone about to help locate trainers. Appalling returns policy, even with faulty goods.
Worst shop ever. Clothes of the same size are never the same, have to try on several to get some that fit the same, in their small cramped changing rooms with apparently only 3 items allowed at a time. And of course you can't just take them home to try them on and return for a refund as they only do exchanges and credit notes. All along with the rudest staff and worst customer service going, a credit note for a shop I will never shop in again, great.
Excellent shop for bargains. All top brands stocked at various discounted prices. There is ample free parking directly outside and in the adjacent car parks. There is a wide selection of football kits at very reasonable prices. They discount heavily on top name footwear. There prices are cheaper than other local retailers for similar products. They stock a wide range of sports equipment but it's the clothing that really stands out.

Great selection of sports wear. It was busy as always. Hard to get a worker to get shoes. Management might want to talk in private to staff. Telling a staff member off over the radio for customers to over hear is not very dignified.
